Our platform uses advanced algorithms and natural language processing to analyze resumes and job descriptions, identifying key skills, competencies, and experiences, to determine the best matches between candidates and job openings.

To create an account, simply click the “Sign Up” or “Register” button on our home page and provide the requested information, such as your name and email address. Selecting your account type (for example, HR Professional, Recruitment Agency or SME) will also be requested.

Login to your account, go to the “My Portal” page and follow the instructions on the screen. You will be asked to enter the call title, job description, key requirements and any additional relevant information (functions, responsibilities, required skills, languages, etc.).

To upload a resume, log in to your account, go to the “My Portal” page, and select the job opening and its respective job description to analyze and use the upload interface. Click on the “Browse” button to locate the file on your device. Accepted file formats include PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT.

The analysis and comparison process generally takes less than a minute, but in some cases, it can take longer, depending on the complexity of the resume and the job description. These times may be longer when demand is high. Once the process has been completed, you will be presented with a list of categories with their respective scores, indicating the level of coincidence or fit between the analyzed curriculum and the job description.
